Job Summary
Satellite Operations Lead to manage a 24/7/365 team of Space System Operators performing real-time command, telemetry analysis, and mission planning for the SDA T1TRK program from the SDA OC-N facility in Grand Forks, ND. Responsibilities include real-time satellite commanding, telemetry analysis, anomaly handling, training and developing operator materials, launch and early orbit checkout, creating/updating procedures and checklists, participation in daily operations stand-ups, and coordinating with engineers and test teams. Requires an Associate degree (or equivalent), 2 years of relevant experience, and a Secret clearance; travel may be required. The role is full-time, on-site with rotating shift schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Associate of Science degree or equivalent
- 2 years of prior relevant experience
- Experience in planning, organizing, and successfully executing tasks
- Clearance: Secret
