Satellite Cook, Brew Brothers-Part Time (Evenings)

Prepare and produce food items for satellite locations throughout the property, including soups, stocks, fruits, proteins, vegetables, garnishes, and salads according to recipe standards. Maintain required stock levels in various restaurants and relieve line cooks as needed. Keep assigned station and equipment clean and sanitary. Works a variable schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Entry-level position starting at $17.50 per hour with PTO accruing from day one.
