Job Summary
IT Supporter at Satair providing hands-on technical IT support to users, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of PC environments and peripherals. Responsible for incident and service-request handling, major-incident coordination, asset and license management, IAM activities, and knowledge management. Collaborates with Service Desks, writes Knowledge Articles, and participates in process improvements. Leads training and knowledge-sharing sessions, contributes to incident response and root-cause analysis, and helps onboard new team members. Requires ITIL foundation, Active Directory experience, CMDB/asset lifecycle knowledge, printer troubleshooting, networking basics (DHCP/DNS), and the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders in an international setting. The role includes delivering at least one project/initiative and maintaining a stable, supported IT environment aligned with business needs, while fostering a service-minded, proactive attitude.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years IT Support experience
- ITIL Foundation
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
- Printer troubleshooting and Print Management
- CMDB/IT Asset Life Cycle Management
- Strong documentation skills
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
- Team player with good communication
- Ability to work in international context
- Self-motivated and proactive with service mindset
