Job Summary
Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned SAT instruction to students while assessing progress and providing constructive feedback to parents. Maintain accurate student records and collaborate with staff to foster a supportive learning environment. Communicate effectively regarding student concerns and participate in professional development to enhance teaching skills. Adhere to C2 Educational Systems Inc.'s policies and procedures while performing other duties as assigned. Sessions occur Monday through Thursday after school and on Saturdays; availability for weekends is required. A Bachelor's degree and proficiency in educational technology are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Score at the 95th percentile on our diagnostic SAT, AP, or ACT test
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of teaching experience in a relevant subject area
- Experience working with diverse student populations
- Experience developing and implementing lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
- Experience using technology to enhance teaching and learning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong classroom management skills
