SAT/ACT R/W, Humanities Tutor

Part-time SAT/ACT Reading/Writing and Humanities Tutor to deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum, assess student progress, maintain records, collaborate with teachers and staff, and communicate with parents/guardians. Roles require after-school and weekend sessions (Afternoons/evenings and Saturday hours) at Somerville, NJ and Bridgewater, NJ locations. Responsibilities include designing and implementing lesson plans, differentiating instruction for diverse learners, using educational technology, reinforcing curriculum standards, providing constructive feedback, and participating in professional development. Must hold a Bachelor's degree or higher, be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship, and score in the 95th percentile on our diagnostic SAT/AP/ACT assessments. Proficiency in classroom management, collaboration with colleagues and families, and ability to work part-time are essential.
