Job Summary
Lead regional operations for Technica Mining across Saskatchewan (and Manitoba) by building high-performing teams, driving safety, productivity, and collaboration; identify and develop new business opportunities; cultivate client relationships and partnerships with Indigenous communities; ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements; manage budgets and KPIs; represent the company in the Saskatchewan and Manitoba mining sector.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of management and/or operations leadership experience in the mining industry.
- Experience in building and leading teams; strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage projects and support business growth.
- Strong understanding of safety leadership and regulatory compliance in mining.
- Experience working with Indigenous communities and stakeholders is an asset
- Post-secondary degree in engineering or business is considered an asset
