Job Summary
Lead and oversee store operations in Sarasota to deliver sales and profits while protecting assets. Manage inventory processes, monitor KPIs, and coach a team to provide a customer-centric shopping experience. Drive visual merchandising, Omni-channel execution, shrink and safety programs, and SOP compliance; participate in truck unloading, stocking, and framing-related production as needed. Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD), acknowledge customers, provide solutions, and support Talent Development through coaching and performance management. Experience in retail management leadership, cross-training in framing, and ability to manage store conditions, policies, and standards to achieve results.
