Framing position in Michaels’ Sarasota, FL store focused on delivering custom framing solutions and strong customer service. Responsibilities include executing SOPs, creating high-quality framing orders on time, maintaining an organized ready-made frame department, assisting with truck unloading and stocking, operating the cash register with proper cash handling, engaging customers to explain framing options, enrolling customers in Rewards, supporting Omni-channel processes, promoting VOC feedback, training teammates, and acting in lead capacity in the absence of the Framing Manager. Must maintain a clean, safe, and well-merchandised store environment, adhere to safety and shrink programs, and contribute to KPI achievement while providing a positive customer experience.
