Conduct client guidance and inform clients while processing banking transactions and providing services. Advise clients on products and services, promote sales, and participate in sales activities defined by the individual sales plan. Support administrative tasks for document preparation, control cash register status, and archive documentation. Manage third-party representation sales in compliance with agreements and adequate authorizations. Prepare various reports and evidence from your work domain while ensuring adherence to all relevant bank acts and regulations.
