Monitor new food regulatory requirements for South East Asia, USA, and Canada export markets, conduct business impact assessments, and adapt regulatory strategies accordingly. Represent JDE Peet's as the Company Representative in local industry associations, scientific institutions, and government bodies. Support regulatory compliance reviews, coordinate verification of documentation, and approve new raw materials and product specifications for assigned export markets. Escalate compliance concerns, risks, or regulatory gaps to team leads promptly. Act as a key coordinator for regulatory excellence initiatives, driving process harmonization, automation, and continuous improvement activities. Provide scientific expertise to cross-functional teams in product development, clinical research, and market research while maintaining regulatory databases and trackers. Conduct training sessions for internal stakeholders to enhance understanding of regulatory requirements and promote a compliance culture. Collaborate closely with R&D, Quality, Marketing, and Legal teams to facilitate regulatory compliance and achieve business objectives across multiple markets.
