Job Summary
Provide functional support for SAP WM users by handling incidents and service requests via ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Jira. Investigate and resolve SAP WM-related issues while configuring and optimizing warehouse processes, including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory management, and storage strategies. Participate in implementations, rollouts, and upgrades, collaborating with MM, SD, and PP teams to ensure seamless integration. Prepare system documentation and support testing activities and user training sessions. This role offers mainly remote work with occasional international business trips, requiring 10+ years of SAP WM experience and strong analytical skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience as an SAP Consultant specializing in SAP WM
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Warehouse Management configuration
- Warehouse business processes and best practices
- Experience working with ticketing systems (preferably Jira or ServiceNow)
- Perfect command of the English language (spoken and written)
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in complex international environments
- occasional international business trips
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA WM or EWM
- German language proficiency (spoken and written)
- Basic ABAP debugging skills
- Experience with large-scale global SAP rollouts
- Knowledge of integration with SAP MM, SD, and PP modules
