Job Summary
Serve as the first point of contact for Warehouse Management-related issues via phone, email, and messaging platforms. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve production issues while performing root cause analysis and recommending solutions. Provide end-user training, support documentation, and participate in 24/7 on-call rotation. Analyze business processes to identify improvements, translate requirements into solutions, and support testing cycles for SAP EWM/ERP projects. Monitor warehouse KPIs and analyze third-party integrations including EDI and WMS interfaces. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and IT to drive continuous improvement initiatives across Warehouse Management processes. Remote candidates must be available to travel to St. Louis for in-person training during the initial two to three weeks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with SAP WM/EWM/MM-IM
- Strong analytical and communication skills
