SAP Treasury - Manager

Lead SAP Treasury operational support and continuous improvement initiatives for global Treasury operations within PwC, advising on process optimization, governance, and stabilization. Responsibilities include managing high-volume incidents, facilitating RCA sessions, coordinating across RTR/AP/Banking/IT staff, ensuring ITIL-aligned service management, supporting month-end/year-end close, driving operational maturity and service improvements, and mentoring the team. Strong expertise in SAP Treasury and enterprise cash management, bank integrations, SWIFT and banking interfaces, and cross-functional collaboration; ability to lead governance routines, SLA/KPI adherence, and production deployments in a high-pressure, globally distributed environment. The role emphasizes client-facing advisory capabilities, stakeholder management, and delivering continuous improvement across Treasury operations and related interfaces (FI/CO, AP/AR, middleware, ABAP enhancements). Preference for experience with SAP S/4HANA Treasury, global pharma/regulated industry exposure, SWIFT integrations, and enterprise Treasury governance. Travel not specified.
