SAP Transportation Management (TM) Functional Consultant

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end SAP TM implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects by gathering business requirements and configuring transportation planning, freight order management, freight booking, carrier selection, charge calculation, and freight settlement. Design scalable transportation management solutions to improve planning efficiency and freight cost optimization while supporting logistics execution, shipment tracking, and process improvements. Collaborate with technical teams on integrations with S/4HANA, EWM, MM, SD, GTS, and external carrier systems; prepare functional specifications and test scenarios for SIT, UAT, and go-live. Work closely with business users, supply chain teams, and project stakeholders to conduct user training, knowledge transfer, and issue resolution. Requires 8–10 years of SAP Functional Consulting experience with strong expertise in SAP TM on SAP S/4HANA.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of SAP Functional Consulting experience
- Minimum 2–3 end-to-end SAP TM implementation projects
- Strong expertise in SAP TM on SAP S/4HANA
- Knowledge of transportation planning and freight management processes
- Experience with logistics and supply chain operations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Desired Qualifications
- SAP TM Certification
- Experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Retail, Logistics, or Supply Chain industries
- Exposure to global transportation and freight operations
