SAP TM Senior Consultant (Subcon)

Job Summary
Deliver TM process design solutions including customizing, documentation, and testing while integrating with other SAP Modules such as ERP, EWM, GTS, and EM. Contribute to customer workshops and prepare functional specifications for customer-specific requirements, then conduct tests for configured business scenarios and developed customer processes. Prepare new SAP systems for go-live and support new transportation processes, resolving issues during the stabilization period. This role requires 5+ years in Transportation Management and Logistics, full-cycle SAP TM implementation experience, and 40-50% travel availability. Valid B1 Business Visa is required for USA travel.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Transportation Management and Logistics
- Functional/technical proficiency with at least 3 or more full-cycle SAP TM implementations, including strong system configuration skills
- Basic knowledge of the overall SAP Digital Supply Chain area suite and competitor solutions
- Excellent skills in translating business requirements into technology-enabled solutions for clients
- Experience in pre-sales support and creation of project proposals
- Sound experience in effective solution design
- Implemented end-to-end solutions in the Supply Chain Execution area
- Exceptional team and communication skills
- Fluent English
- Experience in managing and mentoring junior-level consultants
- Open-minded team spirit; you can work in both, small local and large international teams
- Willingness to travel around 40% to 50% of the time
- Valid B1 Business Visa for travel to the USA
- Availability to start on August, 2026
- Contract duration through December 31, 2026
