SAP TM Senior Consultant (Subcon)

Job Summary
Deliver TM process design solutions including customizing, documentation, and testing while integrating with other SAP Modules such as ERP, EWM, GTS, and EM. Contribute to customer workshops, prepare functional specifications for requirements, and conduct tests for configured business scenarios. Prepare new SAP systems for go-live, support transportation processes, and resolve stabilization issues. Manage and mentor junior-level consultants with strong solution design skills. Valid B1 Business Visa required for USA travel; availability needed by August 2026 for a contract through December 31, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Transportation Management and Logistics
- Functional/technical proficiency with at least 3 or more full-cycle SAP TM implementations, including strong system configuration skills
- Basic knowledge of the overall SAP Digital Supply Chain area suite and competitor solutions
- Excellent skills in translating business requirements into technology-enabled solutions for clients
- Experience in pre-sales support and creation of project proposals
- Sound experience in effective solution design
- Implemented end-to-end solutions in the Supply Chain Execution area
- Exceptional team and communication skills
- Fluent English
- Experience in managing and mentoring junior-level consultants
- Open-minded team spirit; you can work in both, small local and large international teams
- Willingness to travel around 40% to 50% of the time
- Valid B1 Business Visa for travel to the USA
- Availability to start on August, 2026
- Contract duration through December 31, 2026
