Job Summary
Lead all phases of SAP TM implementation, including blueprinting, gap analysis, mapping, prototypes, design, development, testing, go-live, user training, and post-production support. Collaborate with technology organizations and business representatives to define business processes and solution designs leveraging SAP TM capabilities. Provide expertise in developing best practices for SAP S/4 HANA Transportation Management while managing client requirements, interpreting needs, and maintaining communication flow throughout projects. Manage goals, participate in strategic initiatives, and foster high-performance teams under pressure with crunched timelines. Requires 5 to 7 years of SAP TM experience, 10 to 14 years of overall SAP experience, and SAP TM certification.
Required Qualifications
- 2 -3 End to End TM Implementation Experience
- Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines
- Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills
- Must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team; and foster the development of high performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization
- Consistently engage with the clients, interpret their requirements, staff projects while managing the communication flow throughout
- Excellent attention to details, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- SAP TM Certified
- B-Tech/BCA/MCA/MBA
- 5 to 7 Years of SAP TM experience
- 10 to 14 Years of Overall SAP Exp
