Job Summary
SAP Test Manager for Governance, Strategy & Automation Lead overseeing enterprise-wide SAP testing governance, automation strategy (Worksoft Certify), SIT/UAT/Regression, and KPI/reporting across ECC and S/4HANA transformations. Responsibilities include defining end-to-end test strategies, establishing governance aligned with SAP Activate, leading automation design and integration with OT ALM, SolMan, Jira, and Power BI, managing end-to-end testing lifecycle (SIT, UAT, regression, performance, go-live), leading defect triage, and delivering executive dashboards. Requires deep SAP testing/QA experience, global delivery exposure, and strong stakeholder/vendor leadership. Strong automation framework design experience and familiarity with SAP modules (FICO, MM, SD, PP, EWM) plus English fluency; PES pre-employment screening may apply. The role offers hybrid work and permanent employment with Bosch.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a comparable field
- Extensive experience in SAP Testing and Quality Assurance
- Several years in Test Management or Test Governance roles
- Proven involvement in full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations or conversions
- Experience working in global, distributed environments
- Strong expertise in SAP test automation, especially with Worksoft Certify
- Experience designing automation frameworks and optimizing regression testing
- Familiarity with tools such as OpenText ALM, SAP Solution Manager (Test Suite & ChaRM), JIRA, and Power BI
- Knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., FICO, MM, SD, PP, EWM) is a plus
- Languages: Fluent in English
