Job Summary

Senior SAP Technical Service Manager (TSM) within SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) overseeing technical managed services across the customer lifecycle of RISE contracts. Own end-to-end technical health of customer cloud landscapes, provide strategic cloud architecture and governance, proactively identify risks, lead landscape lifecycle transformations (upgrades, migrations, DR testing, adoption of SAP S/4HANA and Clean Core principles), and drive automation and operational efficiency. Requires strong SAP Basis experience, SAP HANA/Sybase, Unix/Linux environments, customer-facing leadership, and certifications in SAP technologies or hyperscaler platforms. Strong English proficiency and a Bachelor’s degree or higher are expected.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong technical expertise in SAP technologies with several years hands-on SAP Basis experience (REQUIRED)
  • Experience with SAP HANA, Sybase and Unix/Linux environments (7+ years)
  • Extensive experience in SAP technical administration and operations (7+ years)
  • Customer-facing experience in technical leadership or escalations
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, or a related field
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
