Job Summary

SAP Senior System Analyst responsible for facilitating delivery and support of SAP development projects within defined functional areas. Leads design, build, and deployment of UI5/Fiori reports, interfaces, ABAP programs, database designs, and related components (including SAP Portal, RAP, HANA, CDS). Provides effort estimates, collaborates with business stakeholders to define requirements, conducts planning and testing, and supports end-user training. Coordinates multiple projects, applies ITIL practices, ensures system interoperability, and drives continuous improvement. Travel up to 10% is required. Position supports healthcare-related enterprise environments and offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive compensation.

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Information Technology or Computer Science or B.E/B.Tech or equivalent of 12 years of professional IT experience in applications development and support
  • Experience with SAP ABAP language development, SAP HANA, Cloud Application Programming Model, and RESTful programming models
  • Experience in manufacturing/distribution IT development environments
  • Minimum 10 to 15 years’ experience in planning, analysis, design, testing, implementation of SAP solutions
  • Hands-on experience with ABAP RESTful Programming Model (RAP), HANA, CDS
  • Experience with CI/CD practices and tools (Azure DevOps, Git, GitFlow, Jenkins)
  • SAP Certified Development Associate - SAP CPI or other relevant SAP certifications
  • Experience with SAP PI/PO 7.5, SAP Gateway, SAP Fiori/ UI5 development
  • Strong knowledge of SAP integration patterns, 3rd party & internal app integrations
  • Experience with SAP HANA Modeling (CDS), OData services, and SAP UI5 responsive design
  • Experience in JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3, and web technologies; familiarity with Node.js
  • Ability to travel up to 10% including potential international travel
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse remote teams
  • Experience leading teams and projects in an SAP environment
  • Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and IT service management
