Job Summary
Senior consultant-led, fully remote SAP systems training design role focused on building instructor-led and self-paced courses, eLearning modules, and system simulations using SAP Enable Now. Responsibilities include leading a team of training developers, delivering a broad range of training materials, leveraging tools like WalkMe and Articulate Storyline, conducting needs assessments, collaborating with clients and SMEs, ensuring design consistency, and measuring training effectiveness. Required: 4–5 years in instructional design for enterprise systems, client-facing consulting experience, strong project management, and fluency in English grammar; bachelor's (master's preferred) in instructional design or related field; SAP Enable Now certification preferred. Location: United States; fully remote with some travel possible. Licensure: US citizenship. Time-zone flexibility with EST alignment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related technical discipline; master's degree preferred
- Certifications in relevant eLearning tools, specifically SAP Enable Now
- Minimum of four to five (4-5) years of instructional design experience, specifically in enterprise systems and applications training within a corporate or consulting environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and eLearning best practices
- 2-3 years in a client facing internal or external consulting role for Instructional Design
- Strong understanding of business processes in Finance, Operations, Logistics, and HR
- Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Data analysis and visualization skills to measure and report training effectiveness
- Ability to collaborate with SMEs to produce high-quality learning deliverables
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and creating inclusive learning experiences
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related; master's preferred
- Proficiency with rapid training development tools, with preference for SAP Enable Now
- English language skills with strong grammar knowledge
