Job Summary
Administer the Global SAP System by installing, configuring, patching, upgrading, and maintaining overall system performance, availability, and stability. Plan and coordinate change management processes, develop patch and upgrade strategies, and integrate proactive monitoring while ensuring backup and restoration procedures are established and tested. Create documentation for user management, performance monitoring, and unique operations, including flowcharts and installation guides. Analyze systems to identify efficiencies and research new hardware and software solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Engineering or related field of study
- 5 years of experience in SAP Systems Administration, Technology Platform Analysis, Systems Engineering, or any combination thereof
- 3 years of experience with SAP system configuration and administration
- 3 years of experience with creating system documentation
- 3 years of experience with applying software patches
- 3 years of experience with optimizing system performance
- 2 years of experience with establishing monitoring of systems
- Work authorization for the United States (no sponsorship provided)
