Job Summary
Senior SAP Swedish Payroll Consultant responsible for leading SAP HCM Payroll tasks with deep expertise in Swedish payroll processes and statutory requirements. Role involves defining, negotiating, and executing project tasks across development phases, supporting payroll configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and system enhancements, and collaborating with Strada teams to deliver effective technical and functional solutions. Key strengths include independent and collaborative work, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, customer focus, and proactive process improvement, with fluent English and Swedish language skills as an advantage. Occasional travel is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with SAP HCM Payroll
- Understanding of Swedish payroll processes, legislation, taxation, and statutory requirements
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting payroll configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and system enhancements
- Understanding of HR and payroll business processes and their integration within SAP HCM
- Customer-oriented mindset and ability to build positive client relationships
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with SAP methodologies, tools, and technical environments
- Proactive process-improvement mindset
- Excellent communication skills in English; Swedish language skills are an advantage
- Willingness to travel occasionally
