Job Summary
Provide expert SAP SuccessFactors and S/4HANA Payroll support within a Hybrid-permanent IT team. Stabilize and optimize SAP environments, assist with system enhancements, automation, and digital transformation initiatives (including AI/workflow optimization). Responsibilities include incident, request, and problem management against SLAs, managing HR/IT integrations, configuring system settings and business rules, maintaining SAP tables/data structures, performing data imports/exports/validation, supporting testing (UAT, regression), and contributing to documentation and knowledge sharing. Requirements include proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules and S/4HANA Payroll, knowledge of SAP integrations (CPI/BTP, APIs), rule-based configuration expertise, GDPR/ RBAC familiarity, ABAP basics, PowerShell scripting, and ITIL5-style incident handling. Desirable SAP SuccessFactors certifications and ABAP familiarity; flexible location and working pattern discussed during application.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors (core modules such as Employee Central, Recruitment, Learning, or Performance & Goals) plus S/4HANA Payroll
- Understanding of SAP integrations and data flows including SAP integration technologies such as CPI/BTP and APIs
- Experience with SuccessFactors configuration and rule-based logic
- Familiarity with Data protection (GDPR) and role based access controls
- Knowledge of SAP tables and data structures
- An understanding of AI capabilities within SAP ecosystems.
- Strong experience managing support queues, incidents, and SLA-based service delivery
- Educated to BTEC / NVQ Level 3+ or HNC/HND in Computing plus knowledge of basic scripting such as PowerShell
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications desirable as is a basic understanding of ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming)
- ITIL 4 Foundation certification desirable with practical application in incident and request handling plus change management
