Job Summary
Define and manage functional team deliverables to meet engagement objectives and budget while leading design workshops with the client. Serve as a hands-on techno-functional consultant on SAP S/4HANA, WM, Logistics, and Supply Chain modules, preparing and reviewing project deliverables including business process designs, configuration baselines, and user acceptance tests. Troubleshoot conflicts between business requirements and standard system functionality, writing functional specifications with expertise in SAP tables, BAPIs, and BAdIs. Build and maintain relationships with key executives, business personnel, and SMEs while contributing to the SAP practice knowledge base. Lead delivery teams on small and large projects with some travel to Canada required.
Required Qualifications
- SAP Support Manager Role with S/4HANA, WM, Logistics and Supply Chain Mgmt Techno-Functional Consultant
- at least three full life cycle implementations
- support experience
- ability to troubleshoot and recommend alternatives to resolve conflicts between business requirements and standard system functionality
- 8-10+ years of SAP hands-on experience as an SAP implementation consultant in the SAP MM, SD, LE and WM modules and/or SRM/Ariba
- At least 1 S/4HANA end to end implementation experience
- at least three E2E SAP ECC implementation experience
- Leading expertise in Purchasing, Inventory Management, Logistics Execution and Warehouse Management
- Hands-on experience about Release Strategy for the procurement
- Expert knowledge on full process around Consignment processing
- Experience with WM RF solution
- Functional expert for the warehouse management processes around put away, picking, physical inventory and replenishments
- Deep understanding of the material requirements planning and analyzing the results
- Expert for the inter and intra plant stock transfers with and without the outbound delivery processes
- Fully conversant with the mater data uploads and be able provide expertise on data load objects related to SCM
- Some travel to Canada will be required
