SAP Supply Chain and Logistics Manager

Job Summary
Lead global SAP supply chain, logistics, and global trade capabilities; manage a global SAP team, partnering with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable SAP solutions across MM, PP, QM, PLM, LE, GTS, and IBP. Define and advance the SAP roadmap, drive delivery and ongoing support, ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, and oversee cross-functional integrations with third-party platforms. Apply Agile delivery practices to enhance speed, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction; support S/4HANA modernization and cloud integration to drive standardization and scalability across Cognex’s global operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
- 12+ years of progressive SAP experience across implementation, enhancement, and support environments
- Strong expertise across core SAP supply chain and logistics capabilities (MM, PP, QM, PLM, LE, GTS, IBP)
- Experience leading global SAP teams and managing delivery across internal and external resources
- Experience working in Agile delivery models and leading cross-functional project execution
- Experience supporting or leading S/4HANA initiatives in on-premises and/or cloud environments
- Strong people leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Knowledge of global trade compliance processes
- Experience with SAP EWM or Logistics Management (LGM) and ShipERP is a plus
