Job Summary

Design and configure SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking and Time Off solutions for a large-scale public sector payroll transformation involving 65,000 employees. Build work schedules, absence rules, and time valuation logic, then validate interfaces mapping time results to Employee Central Payroll. Support unit testing, UAT, and parallel payroll runs to ensure accurate time-to-payroll flows. Handle complex scenarios for term-time-only, casual, and multiple-employment populations during data migration and cutover. Collaborate with UK onshore teams via daily overlap to deliver configuration workbooks and knowledge transfer.

Required Qualifications

  • 5-9 years experience
  • SuccessFactors Time Tracking and/or Time Off design and configuration
  • Work schedule, absence, accrual and time valuation configuration
  • Time-to-payroll integration (Employee Central Payroll or SAP Payroll)
  • Complex workforce time scenarios (shift, overtime, premium, self-service)
  • Delivery within full-cycle SuccessFactors or SAP HR implementations
  • Location: Pune, India (VE3 Pune office; hybrid)
  • Working Pattern: Offshore delivery with overlap into UK business hours
  • Strong hands-on configuration experience in SuccessFactors Time Tracking and Time Off (Employee Central Time Management), including time valuation rules and time type builder
  • Solid understanding of the integration between Time, Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll, and how time results drive gross pay
  • Working knowledge of the UK payroll / HR domain the programme serves, including how absence, overtime and premiums affect pay and pension
  • Experience delivering within large, complex transformation programmes using SAP Activate and structured testing cycles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Clear communication and documentation discipline
  • Ability to work effectively across business and technical teams
  • Attention to detail and a quality-first mindset appropriate to a payroll programme
  • Proactive approach to risk and issue identification
  • Ability to manage priorities within a large transformation programme

  • UK public sector or local authority workforce (term-time-only, casual, relief)
  • Multiple-employment / concurrent employment time handling
  • SAP Cross-Application Time Sheet (CATS) and legacy time migration
  • SAP Fiori time approval scenarios
  • Employee Central core configuration exposure
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification in Time Management / Time Tracking
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification
