Job Summary
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for leave, absence, and vacation management processes. Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off solutions, including Time Types, Accrual Rules, Holiday Calendars, and Role-Based Permissions. Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to design policies and support integrations with Payroll, Time Tracking, and third-party applications. Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and incident management within defined SLA timelines. Participate in unit, integration, and user acceptance testing while supporting data migration and validation for leave balances. Ensure compliance with company policies and country-specific labor regulations. Monitor quarterly SAP SuccessFactors releases and prepare functional specifications and end-user support materials.
Required Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off implementations or support projects
- Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off configuration and administration
- Hands-on experience configuring Time Types, Time Accounts, Accrual Rules, Work Schedules, Holiday Calendars, and Role-Based Permissions
- Strong understanding of leave management, absence management, and HR business processes
- Experience integrating SuccessFactors Time Off with Payroll systems, Time Tracking solutions, and external HR applications
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities within enterprise HR systems
- Experience supporting testing, data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
- Familiarity with country-specific labor laws and compliance requirements related to leave and absence processes
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively within cross-functional HR and technical teams
- Experience providing production support and managing incident resolution activities within SLA commitments
