Job Summary
Design, build, and test reports and dashboards across SuccessFactors Report Center, People Analytics, and Employee Central Payroll to support operational, statutory, and migration reporting. Deliver permission-aware designs for operational workforce data, gender pay gap audits, and reconciliation reports for large-scale payroll transformations. Collaborate with UK onshore teams during daily overlaps to validate data quality, support UAT, and enable client self-service capabilities through knowledge transfer. Work within a hybrid offshore delivery model managing priorities across a complex public sector programme involving 65,000 employees.
Required Qualifications
- 4-8 years experience
- Offshore delivery with overlap into UK business hours
- SuccessFactors reporting build (Report Center: Story, Table, Canvas)
- People Analytics / advanced reporting
- Role-based-permission-aware and data-protection-aware report design
- Statutory, compliance or audit reporting delivery
- Delivery within SuccessFactors or SAP HR implementations
- Strong hands-on experience with the SuccessFactors reporting toolset: Report Center, Story reports, Table and Canvas reports, and People Analytics
- Solid understanding of the SuccessFactors data model across EC and, ideally, ECP, and how reporting interacts with role-based permissions
- Experience delivering statutory, compliance and audit reporting in a regulated environment
- Data quality and reconciliation reporting in support of migration and payroll assurance
- Working knowledge of the UK HR / payroll domain the programme serves, including statutory reporting such as gender pay gap
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and structured delivery
Desired Qualifications
- ECP / payroll and pension reporting
- UK public sector statutory reporting (gender pay gap and similar)
- Programme KPI dashboards from operational data sources
- Data migration reconciliation reporting
- Integration of reporting with external BI or dashboard tools
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in People Analytics / Reporting or Employee Central
- Ideal understanding of the SuccessFactors data model across EC and, ideally, ECP
