Job Summary
Gather and document business requirements for payroll, time management, attendance, and absence tracking. Configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and Time Tracking solutions, including work schedules, holiday calendars, and time recording profiles. Support payroll processing, wage types, and retroactivity while analyzing and troubleshooting configuration issues. Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams to ensure successful delivery, assist with third-party integrations, and create functional specifications. Provide production support, resolve user-reported issues, and recommend process improvements. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This fully remote role supports global implementations and requires SAP SuccessFactors certifications and 5+ years of hands-on experience.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and/or Time Tracking
- Experience configuring payroll and time management solutions within SuccessFactors
- Understanding of payroll, timekeeping, attendance, absence management, and workforce management processes
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions
- Experience supporting testing, troubleshooting, and production support activities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and project deliverables
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
Desired Qualifications
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification
- SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking certification
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification
- Experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI) or other integration tools
- Experience working in a consulting environment
- Experience supporting global payroll or multi-country implementations
- Knowledge of Employee Central, Time Off, and other SuccessFactors modules
- Experience with SAP HCM or S/4HANA integrations
- Experience working within Agile project environments
