SAP SuccessFactors Manager - Employee Central (Hybrid, dayshift) - Makati

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central across global clients by conducting workshops to gather business requirements and design global HR processes. Configure Employee Central objects, workflows, business rules, and event derivations while managing integrations with SAP HCM, S/4HANA, payroll systems, and third-party applications. Oversee data migration, validation, and cutover planning, ensuring compliance with global HR regulations and localization requirements. Provide strategic input on leveraging RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP for cloud-based HR transformation. Mentor a team of consultants, drive change management, and support pre-sales activities including solutioning and proposal development.
Required Qualifications
- 10 to 12 years of experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors, with at least 5 years in Employee Central
- Strong hands-on experience in configuring Employee Central objects, workflows, and business rules
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center, SAP CPI, and SAP Identity Authentication Service
- Familiarity with SAP BTP, SAP People Analytics, and SAP Cloud ALM
- Knowledge of RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP transformation models
- Hybrid (3x onsite per week)
- Morning Shift
- Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines
Desired Qualifications
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central
- Exposure to related modules like Onboarding, Time Off, or Global Benefits
- Experience with SAP Work Zone or SAP Build Apps for HR process enablement
- Knowledge of GDPR, SOC compliance, and global HR localization practices
