Job Summary
SAP SuccessFactors Manager at Accenture leads the implementation, rollout, and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding) for multinational clients, mentoring a team of consultants, translating business needs into robust HRIT solutions, and collaborating with HR, IT, and external partners to drive HR transformation and value. The role covers defining and delivering project deliverables, quality assurance, and advising on HR IT strategy while leveraging GenAI, ESM, and adjacent HR technologies to enable future-ready HR systems.
Required Qualifications
- Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Economics, or a comparable study
- 3+ years hands-on experience with designing and/or implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) preferred
- Strong consulting skills including facilitating workshops and delivering tailored recommendations
- Proven client-facing experience in a consultancy or internal advisory
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills with ability to lead design/training sessions
