Job Summary
Senior SAP SuccessFactors/HCM consultant to provide services to clients domestically and overseas, manage day-to-day consulting activities, complete time sheets and claims, contribute to company growth, and continuously improve SAP/HCM skills. Role requires at least 5 years of SAP SF/HCM implementation experience, strong English communication, interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and willingness to travel. Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any field or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years SAP SF/HCM implementation experience
- Preferably certification or experience in Recruiting Management solution
- Business-level English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem solving, analytical and logical thinking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel domestically or overseas
