Implement SAP Employee Central and adjacent modules while managing inhouse system development and data migration from legacy systems. Integrate the HR solution with existing finance and subject matter systems, ensuring smooth transitions and Go-Live support. Provide consulting and training to business units, continuously analyze and optimize HR processes for efficiency. Leverage global process harmonization expertise to drive strategic alignment between technology and HR goals within a modern, innovative environment.

- Erfahrung mit SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Kenntnisse in der Integration und Konfiguration von SAP SuccessFactors Modulen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
