Job Summary
Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant responsible for managing SuccessFactors customers including bug fixing, new features and modules implementation, system customization, system monitoring and release management. Role requires documenting business requirements, guiding configuration solutions, assessing risks, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Key competencies include initiative, communication, problem solving, stakeholder management, and a customer-focused mindset. Must have a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years IT experience, and relevant certifications in SuccessFactors modules; English and Spanish language skills are required, with additional languages an asset.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of IT industry experience
- Experience in SAP HR or equivalent (plus)
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Certification in SuccessFactors modules – EC, Onboarding, People Analytics, PM/GM, LMS, RCM, Succession Planning, WFA (good to have)
- Knowledge in IAS/IPS and platform topics
- Knowledge in any of SuccessFactors modules – EC, PM/GM, LMS, RCM, Succession Planning
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Stakeholder management experience and expertise
- Strong problem solving/analytical skills
- Ability to quickly learn new applications and technologies
- Team player in international environment
