Job Summary
Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors solutions with a focus on Succession and Development. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end implementations and enhancements. Perform system testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and resolve production issues to ensure solution quality by following SAP best practices and project standards. Provide functional guidance, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support for enterprise-scale transformation projects.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ of overall experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations and support
- Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Succession and Development
- Hands-on experience in configuration, testing, deployment, and production support
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and SuccessFactors best practices
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Succession and Development solutions
- Ability to Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable system configurations
- Ability to Troubleshoot functional issues and provide effective resolutions
- Ability to Work collaboratively with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders
- Ability to Manage multiple priorities while ensuring timely project delivery
- Ability to Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with SAP C/4HANA Service Cloud is an added advantage
