Job Summary
SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support HR operations across 20+ countries, focusing on Performance & Goals and Succession & Development within SAP SuccessFactors Cloud/On-Prem; responsibilities include software solution delivery, documentation, key-user training, testing, user support, and collaboration with external IT providers; hybrid work model with negotiable home-office arrangement and travel up to 5%.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Sciences, Computer Sciences, Business Administration, Economics or related field
- Fluent English communication
- Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Cloud or On-Prem solutions
- Experience with Performance & Goals and Succession & Development modules
- Knowledge of Employee Central, Compensation, Reporting Analytics, Learning Management Systems, Recruiting (asset)
- Understanding of software development lifecycles and IT service processes
- Proactive, self-learner
