Job Summary
Lead and manage payroll workstreams for large enterprise SuccessFactors Payroll (ECP) projects, focusing on AUS deployments. Design, configure, and maintain payroll components including wage types, benefits integration, deductions, and reporting. Configure UI mashups, Payroll Control Center, and Integration Center while determining taxation rules, FI mapping, and infotype associations. Proactively monitor solutions, troubleshoot errors, and suggest improvements. Conduct gap analysis, develop strategic roadmaps, and configure Time Objects for Time Off rules. Interact with executive management to drive project success. Requires SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification and three full life cycle implementations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in leading, configuring and implementing large, enterprise SuccessFactors Payroll (ECP) projects mainly with AUS deployment experiences
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification
- Employee Central module
- Minimum 3 full life cycle SuccessFactors EC Payroll implementations
- Experience in configuring UI mashups, Payroll Control Center
- Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development
- Experience in handling incidents and well versed in error analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving
- Experience in proactively monitoring solutions and application and suggest improvement areas
- Experience in Successfactors Integration Center
