Job Summary
Assist in the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Succession and Development modules, including talent pools, career paths, and development plans. Participate in client workshops to gather requirements, support solution design, and collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure alignment with talent strategy. Conduct system testing, data validation, and user acceptance testing while preparing documentation and training materials for end-users. Stay updated on the SAP SuccessFactors roadmap and new features. This hybrid role in Makati requires 7 to 10 years of SAP HCM experience with a focus on Succession and Development, reporting to the Assistant Manager level.
Required Qualifications
- 7 to 10 years of experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors
- at least 2 to 3 years in Succession and Development
- Hands-on experience in configuring Succession Planning and Career Development Planning
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center
- basic SAP CPI knowledge
- Understanding of talent management processes and best practices
- Exposure to SAP People Analytics and reporting tools
- Hybrid (3x onsite per week)

Desired Qualifications
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in Succession and Development
- Exposure to related modules like Performance & Goals or Employee Central
- Experience with SAP Work Zone or SAP Build Apps for HR process enablement
- Knowledge of global talent management compliance and data privacy standards
