Job Summary
Lead delivery of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Planning and Variable Pay solutions for FY26; manage and coach GCC/offshore teams to ensure high-quality, standardized, and predictable delivery; oversee configuration of compensation templates, workflows, Role-Based Permissions, and People Analytics reporting; support annual and off-cycle compensation cycles and variable pay programs across multi-country environments; create and manage delivery artefacts (solution design, configuration workbooks, testing, data migration) and manage risks, defects, and escalations; act as the primary GCC delivery lead, partnering with onshore teams to meet timelines, quality standards, and commercial expectations.

- SAP SuccessFactors Comp Variable Pay
- Experience: 5-8 years
- Lead delivery of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Planning and Variable Pay solutions
- Manage GCC/offshore teams
- Oversee configuration of compensation templates, workflows, Role-Based Permissions, and People Analytics reporting
- Support annual and off-cycle compensation cycles and variable pay programs across multi-country environments
- Create and manage delivery artefacts (solution design, configuration workbooks, testing, data migration)
- Act as the primary GCC delivery lead
- Partner with onshore teams to meet timelines and quality standards
