SAP Sovereign Cloud Critical Customer Release Management Engineer

Define and execute build, release, and solution strategy for Customer Production Cloud environments and Quality Assurance landscapes. Manage the overall release management program by integrating with DevOps teams, coordinating between development and operations, and facilitating communication. Maintain software applications, create processes and protocols for software systems, manage upgrades, and troubleshoot issues to ensure system readiness and stability. Track changes made to the landscape while developing scalable solutions to ensure system and application performance. Work independently on complex issues while collaborating with experts to anticipate problems that may impact customer success.
