SAP Solution Architect / Lead Consultant

Job Summary
Act as a senior SAP advisor and primary point of contact for key clients, building relationships with business, technology, and programme stakeholders. Lead solution assessments, requirements gathering, and end-to-end SAP solution design, translating business needs into scalable designs aligned with client strategy and enterprise architecture. Manage incoming requirements, coordinate delivery resources, and oversee the engagement pipeline while supporting SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, and optimisation programmes. Lead functional workstreams across design, configuration, testing, and deployment, ensuring deliverable quality and managing delivery risks. Mentor SAP consultants, contribute to reusable assets, and support proposals and client presentations where required.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience as an SAP Solution Architect / Lead Consultant
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and enterprise SAP environments
- Deep expertise in one or more SAP functional domains, including: Finance and Controlling
- Deep expertise in one or more SAP functional domains, including: Procurement and Materials Management
- Deep expertise in one or more SAP functional domains, including: Sales and Distribution
- Deep expertise in one or more SAP functional domains, including: Supply Chain and Logistics
- Deep expertise in one or more SAP functional domains, including: Manufacturing
- Deep expertise in one or more SAP functional domains, including: Warehouse Management
- Deep expertise in one or more SAP functional domains, including: Asset Management
- Deep expertise in one or more SAP functional domains, including: Human Capital Management
- Deep expertise in one or more SAP functional domains, including: Customer Experience
- Experience delivering SAP implementation, transformation or optimisation programmes
- Strong understanding of business process design and solution architecture
- Experience working within complex, multi-site or international organisations
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills
Desired Qualifications
- SAP certification
- Experience with SAP BTP, Fiori, Integration Suite or SAP Analytics Cloud
- Experience leading large-scale or multi-vendor SAP programmes
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Experience supporting business development and pre-sales activities
