SAP Solution Architect - Implementation & Fit-Gap Lead

Job Summary
Lead SAP implementation workshops and Fit/Gap analysis to map standard capabilities against complex business requirements for S/4HANA and GROW projects. Define implementation scope, create scoping documents and RFPs, and manage business process analysis across core modules including FICO, SD, MM, Supply Chain, and HR. Act as the primary bridge between clients and offshore engineering teams while guiding executive stakeholders through solution architecture and project initiation. Requires 15+ years of experience in end-to-end business transformations, with a preference for bilingual Japanese and English speakers. Located onsite in Portland, Oregon.
Required Qualifications
- SAP Solution Architect & Consultant with 15+ years of experience leading end-to-end business transformations and global project teams
- College degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Enterprise Architecture, or Business Administration with a heavy tech focus
- Must be within or be able to relocate to Portland, Oregon

- Preferably be fluent in both Japanese and English
