Job Summary
Senior SAP SF Time Off - Senior Functional Consultant to provide L2/L3 production support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, EC Time Off, and Time Off configurations. Focus areas include payroll validation, accruals, holiday calendars, absence rules, time account updates, and integration issues. Responsibilities include issue resolution within SLA, payroll reconciliation, testing fixes and quarterly releases, documentation, and collaboration with HR, payroll, and business users. Required hands-on experience with US payroll processes, SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll/EC Time Off, and at least one SAP certification in SuccessFactors; AMS/ServiceNow experience is a plus. Rotation-shift flexibility and strong problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills are desirable.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a SAP SuccessFactors consultant
- Strong hands-on support experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, EC Time Off, and Employee Central
- Strong knowledge of US Payroll processes and compliance
- Experience with payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, payroll troubleshooting, and time off business rules
- Experience supporting tax, garnishments, retro calculations, leave and absence management
- Experience with integrations using point-to-point integration is preferred
- Mandatory SAP certification in either SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll or SAP SuccessFactors Time Management/EC Time Off
- Ability to work in rotational support shifts if required
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
