Job Summary
Tier 1 Technical Support Consultant responsible for handling high-volume inbound calls and delivering outstanding technical support. You'll troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalate complex cases as needed, and utilize CRM applications while demonstrating strong communication and multitasking abilities. The role emphasizes problem-solving, adaptability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED and basic Microsoft Office skills, with proficiency in verbal and written communication. The position is based in Colombia (Huila) and is in-person.
Required Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to perform at a high level to support inbound calls
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient reading skills required
- Multi-tasking skills with CRM applications experience preferred
- Basic PC keyboarding skills; basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required
