Job Summary
Act as the primary customer contact in the SAP Cloud ERP operational phase, managing incidents, service requests, and simple changes while coordinating complex escalations with SAP. Oversee daily operations including job flows, integrations, and system status, ensuring stable transitions from project to operations for new clients. Drive continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and produce SLA and KPI reports to build trust with stakeholders across private and public sectors in the Nordic region. Report to the Head of Solutions, working closely with internal implementation teams and customer decision-makers.
Required Qualifications
- Erfaring med SAP Cloud ERP i en operasjonell rolle
- Sterk kommunikator som er komfortabel i kundedialogen på alle nivåer, fra sluttbruker til C-suite
- Kommersielt bevisst, du forstår hva som skaper verdi for kunden og kommuniserer det tydelig
- Evne til å navigere internt i KPMG og få ting gjort på tvers av team og tidssoner
- Strukturert og løsningsorientert, du følger opp, lukker saker og varsler tidlig
- Flytende norsk og engelsk
Desired Qualifications
- Kjennskap til RISE with SAP / S/4HANA Cloud-transformasjoner
- SAP-sertifiseringer
