SAP Service Delivery & Engagement Lead to own service delivery across SAP support, enhancement, and optimisation activities; act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders and governance forums; lead service reviews, escalation management, and coordinate multi-disciplinary SAP teams; drive continuous improvement initiatives and align SAP support with SAP S/4HANA roadmaps and transformation programmes; collaborate with consulting teams to deliver enhancements and small projects; contribute to strengthening Tenthpin's delivery excellence capability with a focus on client satisfaction and value in Life Sciences environments; fluent or native German is mandatory and experience leading AMS, Run SAP, or SAP Service Delivery engagements is required.
