SAP Senior WMS Business Analyst

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end SAP MM & WM implementations, rollouts, support, and enhancement projects. Independently drive project discussions with business stakeholders, leadership teams, warehouse operations teams, and IT teams. Act as solution owner for SAP MM/WM initiatives, coordinate with offshore teams, and manage cross-functional delivery across procurement, warehouse, inventory, logistics, and integration landscapes. Configure and support Purchasing, Inventory Management, Logistics, Inbound/Outbound processes, RF transactions, Put away and Picking strategies, Batch/Serial management, and Handling Units. Drive SIT/UAT, defect management, cutover planning, and production support activities; coordinate with ABAP developers for custom developments. Lead process improvements and automation initiatives, document SOPs and training materials, and mentor team members. Strong leadership and ability to manage SAP projects with minimal supervision; experience working with onsite/offshore delivery models and coordinating multiple teams; healthcare distribution/supply chain context preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of SAP MM and SAP WM implementation/support experience
- Hands-on experience in SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP WM
- Strong expertise in Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehouse operations, RF transactions
- Experience with IDocs and EDI integrations; Interfaces with WMS/3PL systems
- Strong functional troubleshooting and debugging capability
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related field
- SAP certification in MM/WM/EWM preferred
