Job Summary
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SD, CRM, and CAR solutions while gathering business requirements and optimizing sales, order management, and customer engagement processes. Configure and support these modules to ensure seamless integration with POS systems, eCommerce platforms, and third-party applications, managing data flow and real-time synchronization between them. Provide ongoing system support, troubleshoot issues, conduct User Acceptance Testing, and deliver training to business users. Mentor junior consultants, maintain documentation, and ensure project deliverables meet expectations within retail or consumer-focused industries. Requires 5–7 years of SAP consulting experience and a Bachelor's degree.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in SAP SD, CRM, and CAR consulting
- Proven experience implementing, supporting, and optimizing SAP solutions in retail or consumer-focused industries
- Strong expertise in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution), SAP CRM, and SAP CAR
- Strong understanding of retail business processes, including sales, promotions, pricing, and inventory management
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori applications
- Experience with OPP (Omnichannel Promotion Pricing)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to lead projects and mentor team members
Desired Qualifications
- A SAP certification in SD, CRM, or CAR is a plus
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or other project management methodologies is proffered
- Experience integrating SAP with POS systems, eCommerce platforms, and third-party applications
- Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform and other cloud-based retail solutions
