SAP Senior Manager SD/SM Architect

Job Summary
Engage key subject matter experts to define business processes, secure stakeholder approvals, and implement changes on actual SAP ECC SD and SM systems. Conduct assessments, perform problem analysis, and develop standards for best practices across sales, service order fulfillment, and after-sales service. Calculate cycle times for continuous improvement, participate in system testing, and provide training to end-users. Ensure seamless integration between SD and SM modules while creating master data and writing functional specifications. This role requires 15+ years of SAP ECC SD architect experience, project management skills, and the ability to debug ABAP code. Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience working as SAP ECC SD architect
- A solid track record of being an expert in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD/OTC) configuration
- A solid track record of being an expert in designing and optimizing end-to-end SD/OTC solutions, including integrations and SD/OTC cross-functional touch points with all SAP modules in service industry
- Project management skills using a formal project methodology including requirements gathering, design, SAP configuration, testing, training and cutover across modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, etc.)
- Experience in SAP ECC (SD, SM, RFC, BAPIs, queries, transactions)
- Demonstrated technical capability to read and debug ABAP code
- Ability to write functional specifications, guide ABAP with technical specifications, run LSMWs, create queries etc
- Spoken and written English. Able to carry on a conversation without difficulty
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Business, Operations, or equivalent field
- This is a remote position in the US
- Candidates must reside in states other than: AK, DC, ME, NH, NM, OK, HI, MS, MT, NV, NE, ND, SD, VT, WY, WV
